Having been a sworn law enforcement officer for many years, I understand our clients' time-critical needs for experienced and professional legal advice in a dynamic work environment; often when lives are at stake.
Ben Gregory
Associate Attorney
Ben’s interest in the law began when he was promoted to a patrol supervision position and attended a PLI course taught by Greg Rodgers and Tara Harper in 2006. After many years of sworn law enforcement service in a wide variety of roles, Ben was able to obtain his JD from Wake Forest University and transition into the role of providing legal counsel to Smith Rodgers & Aldridge clients.
Ben particularly enjoys utilizing his experience as a sworn law enforcement officer in legal problem-solving related to patrol and investigations.
